Please note that all prices shown on this web site exclude delivery charges which must be added to all orders unless free delivery conditions are met as set out below.
Delivery in the UK is FREE for orders over £50.00, and is charged at £3.99 for all orders under £50.00. This excludes delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland. Delivery to these locations is as above for packages under 2kg in weight, but further delivery fees may apply for heavier parcels. Please call or email us for details.
For non UK and EU countries please email email@example.com for a quote for delivery of parcels over 2kg in weight before placing your order.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within one working days but on rare occasions some items maybe out of stock. We will always endeavour to keep you informed of anticipated despatch dates if any delays do occur. When we notify you of the estimated arrival date you will be able to decide whether or not to proceed with the order.
If we are unable to deliver within 28 days of ordering, we will always give you the option of receiving a full refund of any payments made.
Where stock is not immediately available we may dispatch a part shipment of any orders at our discretion or wait until we have received shipment of any out of stock items you have ordered, and dispatch the whole order together.
We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in one piece and on time. We cannot be held responsible for the rare occasions when transit results in the loss or damage of goods.
All of the delivery services that we use require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available at the delivery address, the courier company will leave a card asking you to contact them directly to either arrange to collect the parcel, or to arrange a second delivery attempt. If a second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, then an additional charge is made for any further delivery attempts. You will be liable for this charge. If after seven days you have not contacted the courier company to make arrangements to either collect the parcel or for them to re-deliver, then the parcel is automatically returned to ourselves. If this happens, you will be liable for any return delivery costs and also for the cost of re-delivery.

We strongly advise that all tradesmen, such as electricians, are only booked once goods have been received.
