I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
On the log in page click forgotten password. Enter your email address and we will send you a temporary password. You will then be prompted to enter a new password.
Am I able to change my order once it’s submitted?
No. Once you have submitted your order, it will be processed in the warehouse and sent at the next collection time.
How do I return faulty items?
Before you return any item to us please follow our returns authorisation procedure by emailing email@example.com We will provide you with a RAN and further information about where to post your returned item.
Once we receive the faulty items, we will either refund or replace them as per your needs.
Faulty products should be packaged with their original packaging if possible, or suitable alternative packaging, for them to arrive back with us in good condition.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. When checking out, you will be prompted to confirm your billing address. To the right of the billing address is a checkbox for ship to a different address. Selecting this will bring up a form for your shipping address.
